Position Overview:

The Breakfast Supervisor is the key leader responsible for overseeing daily breakfast buffet operations five days a week. This role ensures all tour group breakfasts are accurately billed, while also serving as the primary trainer for new breakfast servers. Acting as the "go-to" person for all breakfast-related needs, this individual guarantees a high standard of service, efficiency, and satisfaction for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and execution of breakfast buffet service, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness.
Accurately manage billing processes for tour group breakfasts.
Train and onboard new breakfast servers, ensuring they understand service standards, workflows, and guest expectations.
Address guest inquiries, special requests, or issues promptly, acting as the point of contact for breakfast-related matters.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant in adherence to health and safety standards.
Provide feedback and guidance to breakfast staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team management and guest interaction.
Ability to work early morning shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Valid ProServe certification is required.
