Jasper Brewing Co., nestled in one of Canada’s most beautiful mountain settings, is seeking assistant managers to join our legacy team. Jasper Brewing Co. is one of Jasper’s busiest hospitality establishments and prides itself in being an established pillar in the community.

Responsibilities:

Training and supervising staff.
Managing labour costs.
Overseeing all maintenance of decor and equipment.
Creating long lasting relationships with guests.
Promoting the location to increase sales and profitability.

Required Skills & Experience:

2-3 years as Manager in the restaurant industry.
5 years plus of cumulative experience in the restaurant industry.
Proven leadership and exceptional customer service skills.
An entrepreneurial spirit.
