Compensation:
The wage for this position is $21/hr.
What will be your daily pursuit?:
The Employee Experience Coordinator role is primarily responsible for improving employee engagement and experience. The scope of this role extends across eight hotels in Jasper. Reporting to the Director of People & Community, this role requires an individual who is positive, self-motived, organized, and passionate in creating the best possible staff experience.

What will you do in this job?:
Improve the staff onboarding experience through communication, orientation, coordination of uniforms, and follow up.
Collaborate with the Learning and Retention Manager to build and facilitate Hospitality Training, New Hire Orientations, Peak Performer Awards and other related programs
Assist new team members complete ADP new-hire onboarding
Troubleshoot employment-related system issues and questions including, but not limited to ADP WorkforceNow, ADP time & attendance, benefits
Assisting managers with personnel paperwork including ECFs and WCB reporting
Assist with creation of merge letters for custom employee communications as needed, and produce employment confirmation letters for active and terminated employees
Assist the Talent Team with seasonal recruitment including interviews, processing job offers and data entry
Assist the P&C leadership team when needed by providing support to leaders on employee coaching in accordance with policies, procedures and employment law where required
Administering staff attraction bookings and managing the employee ski pass program
Be a primary point of contact for all team members and provide support with their inquiries and concerns
Develop a rolling calendar of staff events that is exciting and meaningful to our team members
Distribute uniforms and nametags to team members and maintain organization of uniform inventory
Forecast, coordinate, and deliver staff events in conjunction with Jasper Lodging Department Heads
Promote events to staff, track attendance and solicit feedback for future improvement
Communicate to the management team the successes and challenges of events with a go forward plan for future years
Promote, coordinate and track participation in community volunteer opportunities, aligning with Pursuit’s Promise to Place initiatives
Key administrator of the Jasper Lodging business and employee post office boxes, including collecting and distributing mail
Other duties as assigned
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to organize and perform well in a very busy environment with competing priorities

Organized and able to plan against deadlines
A valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
Clear commitment to continuous improvement and growth
Ability to work professionally with confidential information
