Job Description: 
WickedCup is looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain quality and speed of output.
Prepare meals according to WickedCup standards and to the prepared menu.
Desire and ability to work as part of team.
Knowledge of company food specifications.
Food handling.
Attention to presentation and quality of the food.
Maintaining a clean cooking and dishwashing area.
Set-up and stock buffet station for groups
Prepare food for service: chop vegetables, butcher meat, prepare soups and sauces, etc.
Qualifications
Skills:

Eager to enhance your product knowledge
Taking initiative and working well independently
Be a great team player
Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is an asset
Basic food handling and preparation knowledge

Requirements: 
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Working Conditions: 
Will be required to work in a fast-paced environment
Will be able to work over-time, weekend and holidays when necessary
