Description 	The kitchen night cleaner is responsible for the cleanliness for the kitchen, kitchen equipment and all kitchen supply areas.
 
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and kitchen equipment
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Sweep, mop, scrub floors, hallways and fridges
}Cleaning kitchen utensils. 
Report to work in required uniform and in adherence with the Sawridge Dress Code Policy
Must be able to work independently and as a team player
Perform other duties as required or assigned by the Executive Chef  
 
 
 
Position Requirements 	Qualifications:
Good command of the English language, capable of following verbal directions
Possess good health and physical condition
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work within a team concept
Neat and clean in appearance and work habits
Previous cleaning experience an asset
 
Staff Accommodation is provided. The accommodation is apartment style and fully furnished (bachelor apartments, no private bedroom). Two employees share one apartment with kitchen facility and bathroom. Cost: $9.20 per day, $10.00 per month for cable (television is provided) and $25.00 per month for utilities. The staff accommodation building is located directly behind the hotel.
