Baker

We’re looking for a skilled, ambitious baker who’s ready to join our from-scratch baking kitchen. This role is a mix of hands-on creativity, team guidance, and getting stuff done - with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency. You’ll be the one making sure our pastries, muffins, cookies, and specials taste incredible and look even better.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing our daily baking production—on time, on point, every day

- Creating baked goods that look as good as they taste (yes, people will take photos)

- Helping shape seasonal menus and product ideas

- Working with the head baker and sharing your skills

- Keeping our kitchen clean, safe, stocked, and stress-free

- Managing inventory, minimizing waste, and hitting budget targets

- Working with FOH and management to keep things running smooth

- Tasting your own baking (yes, it’s part of the job)

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You…

- Have a certificate in baking or equivalent experience

- Are organized, calm under pressure, and know how to hustle without panic

- Have a flexible mindset - you can adapt, pivot, and make magic happen

- Have your Alberta Food Handling Certificate (or willing to get it)
