Position: Shop Attendant/Shuttle Driver

Type: Part-Time Seasonal

Wage: $19-$21 depending on experience

The Shop Attendant/Shuttle Driver is a customer-facing role that supports both the tour drivers operations and the on-site retail store. This position involves welcoming guests, processing reservations and transactions, providing information, and maintaining a clean, organized, and friendly environment. Is also responsible for safely transporting customers to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner. This role requires attention to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

Duties:

· Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries related to reservations

· Make, modify, or cancel reservations using the company’s booking system

· Provide guests with information about availability, pricing, services, and policies

· Ensure accurate input of reservation details and special requests

· Confirm reservations and send booking confirmations or follow-up communications

· Assist customers with product selections and provide recommendations

· Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately

· Restock merchandise and organize displays

· Maintain a clean and inviting retail environment

· Monitor inventory and notify supervisor of low stock items

· Operate shuttle vehicle on scheduled routes or as assigned

· Ensure passenger safety and provide assistance when boarding or exiting

· Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues

· Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle interior and exterior

· Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies

· Communicate effectively with passengers, and coworkers

Qualifications

· Must have class 4 Valid driver’s license

· Clean driving record

· Previous driving experience preferred

· Previous Front Desk or Retail experience is a plus

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to assist passengers with special needs

· Willingness to work flexible hours, and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
