All located in an iconic Jasper resort property loved by locals and visitors alike.

You will have the opportunity to live and work in beautiful Jasper National Park, a gateway for a multitude of outdoor activities as well as a welcoming and warm community.

Job Objectives

Assist in the proficient operation of the Food & Beverage Division
Deliver exquisite food and service customary to high end restaurants
Make certain that all Guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences
Handle guest complaints according to policies and procedures.

Duties:

Ensure that guests feel welcomed and comfortable
Provide exemplary guest service via attention to details and a complete knowledge of all products
Able to direct guests to the opportunities in Jasper National Park via a thorough review of events, activities and opportunities in the area
Anticipate and attend to guests needs and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements:

Visible and demonstrated passion for the food and beverage and hospitality industry.
Well-versed in wine, spirits and elevated dining
Charm and charisma! With a helpful, positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow with us.
Valid ProServe Certificate
1-2+ years of previous food service, barista, bartending or restaurant experience essential
Flexible schedule required, with availability to work mornings, weekends and dinner service a must (11PM finish times).
Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and a fast paced environment
Requires standing/walking throughout shift
