What will you do in this job?:
Working with the F&B Outlets Manager our Starbucks Store Manager will bring the Starbucks experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, and building great teams. They delight and uplift customers through a human connection. Their work goes beyond a perfectly made beverage; it’s about human connection and creating memories in our Iconic location. They enjoy being able to achieve these aspirations autonomously, while leveraging our world class brand and business practices.

This is a multi-faceted position and can include any, or all, of the following:
Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and missions of Pursuit
Lead the Starbucks team
Oversee ordering of all Starbucks products ensuring stock levels are appropriate for efficiency and guest service
Leading food and beverage inventories
Train, coach, develop and retain key team members
Lead the day-to-day Starbucks operations focused on consistently delivering exceptional guest service standards and increasing sales
Create a culture of empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Be with the team and guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels; follow up and communicate feedback from guests with F&B Outlets Manger and Icefield Management team to improve the overall guest experience.
Proactively takes action to capitalize on opportunities for growth in volume or quality within Starbucks
Adherence to financial forecasts and budgets; instrumental in taking steps to assist the division in exceeding Food and Beverage targets.
Learn and manage Starbucks payroll daily for comparison to revenue and budget
Complies with Pursuit Branded policies and procedures
Follows Pursuit pillars of employment and service

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
2+ years of experience as Starbucks Manager
Thrives in a fast paced and high energy work environment
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, 7 Shifts Scheduling, Micros 3700POS)
Experience with, training, staff development and the operational management of high volume operations
Expertise in building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organization, particularly with operating teams, line supervisors, seasonal staff from a broad range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds
Able to create “followership” through modelling our core values and best practices
Experience with financial management and creating strong employee and guest satisfaction

Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
