Terracana Ranch Resort is hiring Seasonal Resort All-Rounders to join our small but mighty team in the heart of British Columbia’s Robson Valley, just an hour west of Jasper, AB. This role offers variety, adventure, and the opportunity to work where others vacation.

This is a seasonal position, starting as soon as possible and ending in September. As such, we do NOT offer LMIA or sponsorship. All applicants MUST be legally entitled to work in Canada.

About the Role

As a Resort All-Rounder, you’ll rotate through key roles in guest services, housekeeping, and daily operations, helping ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and unforgettable stay.

Guest Services & Front Desk

Greet guests and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Answer questions about the resort and local area
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
Housekeeping & Room Care

Clean and reset guest rooms to resort standards
Replenish supplies, change linens, and support laundry
Keep public spaces clean and welcoming
Report maintenance issues as needed
General Operations

Help prepare and serve continental breakfast
Restock supplies and support various departments as needed
Follow all safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols
Be flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed — weekdays, weekends, or holidays
What We’re Looking For

Friendly, team-oriented, and guest-focused
Reliable with strong time management skills
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active all day
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather
Previous hotel, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is a plus
Able to work with minimal supervision and adapt to daily priorities
Computer literacy (reservation or POS software experience a bonus)
