Full job description
Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) is looking for Housekeepers/Room Attendants for the Summer/Fall operation to relocate to Lake Louise, Alberta.

Primary Function: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and courteously. Contribute to a positive guest experience through excellent service and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replacing linens, removing trash, and refreshing amenities
Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures in rooms and public areas
Identify and report maintenance needs or safety hazards
Report and handle Lost & Found items according to hotel procedures
Manage laundry, garbage, recycling, and cleaning supplies efficiently
Prepare cleaning equipment and restock carts at the end of each shift
Support team members in completing shared workloads
Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed guest expectations
Clean and maintain public areas, including staff bathrooms, gym bathrooms, and main lodge bathrooms
Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with guests and fellow staff members
Accurately track work hours by signing in and out each shift
Present a professional appearance with a clean-shaven face and tidy uniform
Comply with all safety procedures and protocols
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements/Experience:

· Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory

· Exceptional attention to detail and customer service orientation

· Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs

· Team player with problem-solving abilities

· Responsible, punctual, and dependable work ethic

· Willingness to work flexible hours in all weather conditions
