Full Job Description
MUST BE WILLING TO LIVE IN THE AREA AS OUR POSITION IS SPLIT SHIFTS

You will be responsible for 35 drivers and ensuring the fleet arrives to our contracts on time and safely. Some additional responsibilities would be attendance, scheduling, toolbox meetings, fit for duty checks, dealing with all sorts of personalities, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, shuffling fleet when busses break, reporting to the owners directly, and running monthly safety meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a class 1 or 2 license with at least 5 years driving experience.

You must pride yourself on being organized and work well under pressure.

Managerial experience can be reflected in previous positions but we would prefer your education to reflect managerial training as well.

You must be flexible on your availability and be willing to work split shifts.

Computer experience and being familiar with typing reports and using emails is essential.

Pre-employment drug testing is required as well.

Wages will reflect experience and will be negotiated upon mutual acceptance of the position. We offer a medical package and moving expenses after successful completion of the probation period.
