Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals to enhance efficiency and productivity. Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Oversee daily operations across departments including sales, marketing, finance, and production. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
