Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Location: Jasper, Alberta

Live in the breathtaking wilderness of the Canadian Rockies.

Responsibilities:
Checks in/out arrivals and departures
Books and manages reservations
Feilds guest requests, inquires, and complaints
Focuses on guest service
Completes general administration duties, including basic accounting
Provides advice and guidance about locale and attractions
Understands hotel policies, procedures, and rates
Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:
Fluent English, written and verbal
Proficient computer skills
Previous experience preferred
Valid work visa/permit, permanent residence status, or Canadian citizenship
Criminal Record Check
Driver's Abstract & 3 years insurance history, if applicable
