Full job description
The Raven Bistro is an established restaurant serving a wide variety of meals from vegan options to game meats and has recently been named one of OpenTables top 100 restaurants in Canada. We are looking for one additional experienced individual to join our kitchen team as a lead line cook, with a starting date within the next month, with hours available immediately if wanted. Minimum one year experience of line cooking, with experience on all stations, primarily grill and call. Job would consist of both prep and line service. Evening shift runs from 2:00pm-10:00pm with flexible scheduling for days off and vacation time. Private rooms of accommodation available in beautiful staff accommodations for the right applicant. Highly competitive wages to be negotiated based on experience, with additional guaranteed tipout, while working in an established positive minded mature kitchen environment.
