What will be your daily pursuit?:
Your daily pursuit is bringing iconic locations to life through storytelling, sharing fascinating facts and unforgettable experiences with our guests while guiding them on their adventures.

What will your compensation be?:
The starting wage for this position is $18.00/hour.

What will you do in this job?:
Operate the tram car safely, delivering engaging 10-15 minute presentations on local history, wildlife, and geology.
Rotate between Tram Car Operator, Ticket Checker, and General Duties roles, supporting efficient tram operations and guest engagement.
Scan tickets, greet guests, and manage pre-boarding, ensuring accurate flight logs and monitoring weather conditions.
Maintain timely flight schedules, coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure property cleanliness, including garbage collection, snow removal, water tank refills, and groundskeeping.
Provide customer service, answering questions, offering directions, and delivering items across the property.
Support crowd control at the Upper Station during peak times for efficient guest flow and safety.
Complete training to master operational systems and comply with safety and company policies.
Collaborate with supervisors and staff to maintain compliance with company guidelines and uphold a positive guest experience.
Stay passionate about outdoor adventure, inspiring guests through enthusiasm and knowledge.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Previous lift operations or guide experience an asset.
Comfortable working at high elevations and altitudes in all weather conditions.
Strong customer service, organizational and computer skills.
Secondary language skills are an asset.
