We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team for the upcoming season. We offer flexible contract options, with both 4-month and 6-month contracts available. Start dates are in April or May, with all contracts concluding in October.

Job Summary:

The team here at Jasper Inn & Suites work together each day to create an unforgettable, picture-perfect experience for our guests. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are crucial in making sure our team is on point and on time. You will clean and inspect rooms daily to insure they meet the standards set by us at Jasper Inn & Suites and ensure that our rooms wow our guests leaving them feeling excited to return.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide cleaning services for guests on a day-to-day basis.
Complete task sheets of listed rooms to be cleaned per day.
Inspect and touch up rooms cleaned by Housekeepers and report back any trending issues.
Set rooms up with extra amenities for purchase.
Observe and report any maintenance repairs needed.
Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, linen carts, and linen rooms.
Return Lost and Found items to the housekeeping office.
Abide by all resort safety procedures to always ensure safety of both staff and guests.
Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses.
Ensure all rooms and suites are cleaned as soon as they become vacant and ensure a quick turnaround.
Communicate effectively with the Front Office Manager and Front Desk Team to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Perform other duties as required and assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
Qualifications:

You are a team player who is excited to create a wonderful experience for the guests of Jasper Inn & Suites! You are positive, driven and have a 'glass half full' outlook on life. Your other traits include:

Knowledge in and passion for the customer service industry.
Strong attention to details and a love of cleanliness.
Energetic, flexible, reliable, hands-on individual with initiative and integrity.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills and a passion for hospitality.
Friendly and pleasant demeanour, courteous, self-motivated, and professional.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, independently and as part of a team.
Education and experience in hotel industry are an asset.
Working Conditions

Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
Standing for extended periods of time.
Work with cleaning chemicals; proper use training will be provided.
Available to work weekends.
Report to work in required uniform and in adherence with the Jasper Inn & Suites Dress Code.
