Our family-owned business is the perfect place for anyone looking to take on a new position while living within the backdrop of a beautiful national park in the Rocky Mountains.
You'll be meeting team members from across the globe and get to participate in team events.
You’ll spend your days in and around our amazing property and get the chance to see wildlife while working!
Be prepared: we’re going to have some fun but also work pretty hard!
 

Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Process telephone calls and e-mails
Process  arrivals and departures
Take, cancel, and change room reservations
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Receive payment
Provide information on hotel facilities and services, and local points of interest
Arrange services required for guests with special needs
Perform related Front Desk duties as directed by Supervisor

English Fluency Level required for position

Job Requirements 
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. 
Previous experience or education an asset
Pleasant, outgoing personality
Knowledge of languages is an asset
Solid understanding of guest service principles
Good communication skills
Knowledge of computers
Ability to work within a Team
Comfortable standing for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
