What will you do in this job?:
Preparing all pre-packaged quick service items including; making sandwiches, salads, parfaits and fruit cups
Work as a team to meet daily product demand needs for expected business volume.
Take pride in all food preparation ensuring all products meet our quality and presentation standards
Restocking and maintaining product levels to needed levels while ensuring proper stock rotation as to freshness and quality
Perform in a food service role on the cafeteria or buffet lines providing a warm and welcoming hospitality experience in assisting guests with suitable product choices and monitoring stock, communicating and helping change out product as needed with the kitchen
Ensuring that leftover food is stored properly to food safe standards and operational expectations
Performing daily kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks including dishwashing duties along with garbage and recycling
Assisting the line cooks as assigned on any pre-prep or food production needs
Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
General kitchen tasks as assigned
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Mature, reliable team player with high attention to detail
Previous kitchen experience is an asset
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
Must be enthusiastic about hospitality, and providing warm engaging service to high volumes of guests
Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards

Remote. Our home is filled with trees, lakes and blue-bird skies; rather than buildings, freeways and smog. Connect with friends around a bonfire instead of through WiFi
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)
Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
