About Firehouse Subs
Firehouse Subs is a fast-casual restaurant founded by firefighters and known for quality food, heartfelt service, and strong community involvement through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. Our Jasper location is locally owned and operated and set to open soon. We are building a leadership team that values accountability, teamwork, and guest experience.

Position Overview
The Shift Supervisor plays a key leadership role in daily restaurant operations. You will support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring food quality, service standards, team performance, and a positive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
Supervise and support team members during service
Maintain Firehouse Subs brand standards for food quality and presentation
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve concerns professionally
Manage cash handling and POS accuracy
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health standards
Support training and development of new team members
Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience required
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and team-building skills
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Understanding of food safety and health regulations
