Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Cooks to join our culinary team for the upcoming summer season with the option to become a year-round position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all food handling and safety standards are met. This role is essential to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for cooking and helping others enjoy delicious meals.
