Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team for the upcoming summer season. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that every drink meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of all tools and work areas.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for customer purchases.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist with restocking as needed.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all products served.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours while managing time effectively.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista.
Strong math skills for cash handling and basic calculations.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about different brewing techniques is highly valued.
