Job Description

Starting Rate of Pay: $16.05/hr CAD

As a Banquet Houseperson with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge you will create a special event that our Guests will remember. In this role, you will support the hotel by:

Set up function and meetings spaces as per the Banquet Event Order
Support department assisting food & beverage outlets including setting buffets; staging events & theme décor
Build, set, serve and tear down of coffee breaks
Communicate, anticipate & cater to the group conveners and guests for the duration of stay
Support in house audio visual suppliers (PSAV) where required
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Food & Beverage experience an asset
Previous banqueting or convention houseperson experience preferred
Valid Alberta driver's license required
Proserve certification required
