Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Administrator/Controller. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all vehicle sales transactions, adhering to dealership and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Collect and review all essential documents related to vehicle sales, including contracts, titles, financing agreements, and trade-in information.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of all documentation
Enter deal information into the dealership's computer system with precision and attention to detail.
Cross-check data to eliminate errors and discrepancies.
Post completed deals to relevant databases and systems.
Stay informed about all regulations governing vehicle sales, financing, and titling.
Ensure that all deals comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including taxes and fees.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, finance department, and administrative staff to obtain required documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain clear and open communication channels to expedite deal processing.
Maintain well-organized records of all deals and related documentation.
Ensure that records are readily accessible for auditing and reporting purposes.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries regarding their deals and paperwork.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certification is a plus.
Previous experience in deal processing at an automotive dealership is highly preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including familiarity with dealership management software.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
Knowledge of local and state regulations related to vehicle sales, titling, and financing.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
