We are looking for a Food & Beverage Coordinator

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage Services, the primary responsibilities are:

Food & Beverage daily tip outs,
Attend all F&B meetings AND all 9am daily ops meeting to ensure F&B team is updated accordingly
Co-ordinate with receiving to make sure all F&B products/supplies are ordered as needed.
Print all credit limit reports and distribute to the outlets
Answer general F&B emails for the team
Audits and daily checklists are complete and up-to-date
Work with People and Culture to coordinate residence arrivals and resort orientation
Assist in coordinating the sign off of completed training packages
Maintain “Check Book” spreadsheets for all Outlets and banquets; aligning expense spend with forecast
Complete payroll and gratuities spreadsheets for both the Outlets and Banquets, (bi-weekly)
Track key dates for all employees (including kitchen) and coordinate performance reviews for the Managers
Help with inventory counting in the food & beverage outlets
Uniform inventory and ordering
Update Maitre’D when needed
Co-ordinate all in house repairs with Engineering Department and call technicians if needed
Master GXP for the department
Work with Executive team to make sure all reporting is completed in a timely manner (GSS, costs, revenues etc.)
Other duties as required
Qualifications

At least two (2) years in an administrative role
Ability to manage tasks independently, with attention to detail and focus on guest and employee service
Able to take initiative and solve problems
Business or Hospitality Degree an asset
