Patricia Lake Bungalows is a cozy cabin resort located on Patricia Lake in Jasper National Park! We are tight-knit, family-owned and operated and are looking for a great individual for our Seasonal Front Desk Agent position.

The right candidate would possess the following qualities:

The ability to self motivate and keep busy when at work
The ability to stay composed in stressful situation.
The ability to multitask and ensure that any job started is completed.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to perform daily cashouts, and work within a reservation booking system - take and input payments.
Great phone etiquette and demeanor.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office Programs, emails, and general computer knowledge.
Would require 2-3 Housekeeping shifts per week
