This is a full time role 5/7 days a week 

The first 30 working days of employment for full/part time seasonal employees is a 
probationary period. This position begins employment May 14th, 2018. 

A Ticket Seller is part of the ticket sales/guest services team. They are responsible for dealing with customers in selling tickets as well as answering other customer queries about the SkyTram. They are often a customer's first point of contact at the Jasper SkyTram.

Ability to work well under pressure, for example at busy times or when dealing with irate customer
Good computer skills
Good money handling skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Job Duties 
Count float at beginning & end of shift and sign it IN and OUT on control sheet
Sell window tickets and apply different types of discounts
Handle cash, credit card and debit transaction while using a computerised system
Ask coordinators or supervisor for change if needed
Cash-out and print the appropriate reports at the end of shift
Make sure everything is in balance and debit machine is closed
Write deposit on control sheet and sign for it
Receive guest complaints and refer to coordinator or supervisor if needed
Be knowledgeable about the hill and where things are located. Ask other staff if unknown
