Food and Beverage Server
Reports directly to restaurant manager
* In conjunction with the Restaurant Manager and our food and beverage team you will be Responsible for the service provided in the stone peak restaurant (80 seats in the main lodge with additional 40 seats on the upper patio)
* Building and maintaining a high level of customer service and staff morale throughout the food and beverage team
* Maintain our high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
* Be aware of rules and regulations set forth by the AGLC and insure we are operating within * Professionally greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival to the restaurant, help answer any questions guest may have regarding the local area or attractions, provide pamphlets of other information
* set forth a pleasant and positive professional image to all guests
* product knowledge, Selling and up-selling menu and beverage items
* delivering guest checks in a timely and efficient manner
* great food, wine knowledge is necessary, training manuals are provided to all new colleagues and managers

Prepare tables for service
Prepare kitchen for service
Stock service area with supplies
Stock bar
Greet customers, present menus and or help customers to select menu items
help answer any questions guest may have regarding the local area or attractions, provide pamphlets of other information
Check customers are enjoying their meals and correct any problems
Suggest and serve desserts and beverages
Clean and reset tables
Tabulate and present bills for payment
Clean and organize restaurant for next shift
Wine service and recommendations
Bartending
Assist dining room by acting as host, seating guests, hanging guests’ jackets in the front entrance
Salary: $12.20 /hour
