As a member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will provide emergent intervention, screening, risk and mental health assessment, and provisional diagnostic and treatment planning services to adults with acute, and chronic psychiatric disorders. This position is responsible for assessment/intervention, direct assistance in problem-solving and short- and long-term case management, focusing on functional living skills, and community stabilization, for those with short-term and chronic mental health issues in a variety of community settings. Direct client care includes responding, screening, and prioritizing services, conducting necessary assessments and providing treatment to clients including mental status and risk assessments and therapy. As an active and supportive treatment member, you have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
