WHO WE ARE

The Evergreens Foundation is a not-for-profit housing management body proudly supporting independent housing in Alberta. We aim to facilitate quality of life for all of our residents, through our senior and social housing facilities located in Hinton, Jasper, Edson, Grade Cache, and Evansburg.

This position is full-time, permanent based at our beautiful Alpine Summit Senior Citizen Lodge in Jasper, a community in the largest national park in the Canadian Rockies known for its outstanding natural beauty.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator who is looking to make a difference in the community while being a part of a passionate and a talented team. You will :

assist with the facility operations including, but not limited to, general maintenance and repairs of facility, mechanical and electrical systems, detached buildings, grounds, furnishings and equipment.
conduct inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility equipment and systems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR/QUALIFICATIONS

2-3 years of experience in a similar position
Strong experience in prioritizing and managing conflicting demands
Strong communication and computer skills along with an empathetic personality
Able to maintain a patient and tactful composure, while responding quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
NOTE: The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a clear driver’s abstract and Vulnerable Sector Check.
