Dana Hospitality is a Canadian owned food service provider that focuses on making culinary creations from scratch using fresh local ingredients. We are passionate about the whole foods and ingredients we select, and the suppliers we chose. You will want to work for Dana because we have developed an industry reputation for exceptional cuisine and excellent customer service. We are currently looking for a Greeter/Host to join our team for the upcoming 2021-2022 ski season at Marmot Basin Ski Resort in Jasper, AB.

The position will...

Welcome visitors to the location while providing exceptional customer service
Manage the queue, ensuring the social distancing policies are being followed
Answer general questions and provide direction to specific services or help areas
Monitor wait times of guests and look to expedite the process, where possible, without sacrificing health and safety
Perform wellness checks on guests, screening them for COVID-19 symptoms and checking their vaccine status
Take required contact information for contract tracing purposes
Ensure each individual is wearing required PPE before entering the premises
Comply with all Dana Hospitality policies, as well as those put forward by the client and by the provincial and federal government
The competencies and qualifications needed...

Good customer and associate relation skills
Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing, presentation)
Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards (WCB, MSDS)
Ability to lift (10kg.), pull & push heavy loads & be exposed to extreme temperatures
Dana Hospitality and the client care about the health and safety of our staff and guests. As such, we have implemented a vaccination policy that the successful candidate will be required to abide by.
