Responsibilities 
Ensure indigenous flora is maintained and the grounds of our operations are assessable, clean, safe, and attractive to guests
Demonstrate a positive attitude and safety-first approach
Ensuring the grounds are maintained and clean at all times
Plan and execute enhancements such as flower planters featuring indigenous plants
Plan and execute a low-visibility ashtray strategy
Painting and other basic building maintenance
Assist the maintenance team with building, grounds or mechanical projects
Cleaning tables, floors, and washrooms
Daily rounds of the outdoor grounds to pick up trash
During peak cafeteria hours bussing of tables may be required


Qualifications 
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities;
A keen attention to detail and lover of organized, clean spaces.
A self-starter who works well under low supervision, always looking for things to do and keeping a list of ideas for a slow day
A handy individual who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
Quick to smile and greet all guests
