About the Role

Rocky Mountain Collective is looking for a Keyholder to join our Jasper team.

We are a small, independent retailer with a relaxed, customer-focused environment. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in that kind of space—approachable, dependable and genuinely interested in helping people.

As a Keyholder, you will support customers, help keep the store running smoothly and take responsibility for opening or closing the store during your scheduled shifts.

What You’ll Do

Welcome customers and help them find products that suit what they are looking for
Answer questions and provide thoughtful, responsible cannabis recommendations
Open and close the store following established procedures
Operate the POS and complete accurate cash-outs
Verify identification and follow AGLC requirements
Keep products stocked, labelled and properly displayed
Complete inventory counts and assist with resolving discrepancies
Help receive and prepare incoming products
Keep the store clean, organized and ready for customers
Handle customer questions or concerns professionally
Work both independently and alongside the rest of the Jasper team
About You

You may be a good fit if you:

Have experience in retail, customer service or hospitality
Enjoy talking with people and creating a comfortable customer experience
Are organized and comfortable managing the responsibilities of a shift
Enjoy learning about products and sharing useful information
Work well both independently and as part of a small team
Are available for evenings, weekends and occasional additional shifts
Are at least 18 years old
Have SellSafe certification, or are able to obtain it
Can manage the physical side of retail work, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
Cannabis knowledge is an asset, but it is not the only thing we are looking for. We value good judgment, a natural way with people and someone who fits comfortably within a small-store team.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

SellSafe Certification (preferred)
