Drywall Installer / Drywaller

Mount Robson Inn Rebuild - Jasper, Alberta

CBS is hiring experienced Drywall Installers for the upcoming reconstruction of the Mount Robson Inn in Jasper, Alberta.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking tradespeople who take pride in delivering high-quality work and can perform effectively in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

Project Details

Project: Mount Robson Inn Hotel Rebuild

Location: Jasper, Alberta

Expected start date: Between September 20 and October 10, 2026

Pay: $38-$43 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Accommodation / LOA: Provided for eligible workers

Employment type: Project-based, with potential for additional work

Responsibilities

Install drywall on walls and ceilings according to project requirements.
Measure, cut, fit, and fasten drywall panels accurately.
Follow construction drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Follow all Alberta OHS regulations and company safety procedures.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Work effectively with other trades, supervisors, and site personnel.
Meet established project schedules and production targets.
Supply and maintain the personal tools required for the position.
Qualifications

Previous drywall installation experience is required, preferably in commercial construction.
Experience with hotels, multi-unit residential buildings, or commercial projects is an asset.
Strong drywall installation and finishing skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to quality and detail.
Dependable, punctual, and able to meet project expectations.
Able to work safely in an active construction environment.
Fall protection and other relevant safety certifications are assets.
A valid driver's licence is an asset.
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
