Founded by tradespeople for tradespeople, we value quality workmanship, safety, and a team-first approach. As we expand, we’re looking for experienced and dedicated Stucco Plasterers to join our high-performing field crew.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Brick & Stone Mason to join our construction team. This role involves installing a variety of masonry products—such as natural stone, manufactured stone veneer, brick, and block—on both residential and commercial exteriors. The ideal candidate will bring experience, precision, and a strong work ethic to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lay bricks, blocks, and stone in horizontal layers to build or veneer walls and other structures
Cut and shape materials to fit architectural specifications using hand and power tools
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying mortar or bonding agents
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Apply stone and brick veneer to residential and commercial building exteriors
Ensure joints are properly sealed, aligned, and finished for aesthetic and structural integrity
Operate scaffolding and work safely at heights and in changing weather conditions
Maintain a clean and organized job site and follow safety protocols
Collaborate with site supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in masonry, specifically working with brick and/or stone veneer
Proficiency in using masonry tools and reading construction drawings
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work on scaffolding
Understanding of proper installation methods and structural integrity of masonry
Strong awareness of safety standards and PPE requirements
Reliable transportation to various sites across Alberta
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Basic English communication skills
Work Conditions

Physically demanding; handling heavy loads
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work under pressure and in varying weather conditions
