Full job description
 
Duties:
- Install and repair exterior cladding materials on buildings and structures
- Measure, cut, and shape cladding materials to fit specific dimensions
- Fasten cladding panels to building surfaces using hand tools and power tools
- Apply caulking or sealant to ensure weatherproofing and insulation
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a maintenance person, carpenter, or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and fastening materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting as required

Note: This position may require working at heights and in various weather conditions. Safety training will be provided.
