Summary

We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our culinary team at the Athabasca Hotel in Jasper, Alberta. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with our commitment to quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in menu planning and development for various dining options.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service operations.
Manage food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Provide excellent customer service during meal service.
Train and supervise kitchen staff as required.
Participate in catering events as needed.
Qualifications * Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
Experience with menu planning and dietary needs is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred.
