Position Overview

Rocky Mountain Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ltd. is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Structure, present and finalize automotive finance and lease deals
Work with prime, subprime, and non-prime lenders to secure approvals
Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and protection products in a transparent, customer-focused manner
Ensure full compliance with AMVIC regulations and Alberta laws
Take full ownership of deals from approval through funding, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout
Build and maintain strong lender relationships to maximize approval opportunities and stay current with programs and guidelines
Manage multiple deals while staying organized and detail-focused
Collaborate closely with the sales team to structure deals effectively and support overall store performance
Handle customer credit applications and sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality
Maintain high standards of ethics, transparency, and disclosure
Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of automotive finance experience (required)
Strong knowledge of lender structures, approvals, and deal structuring
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dealership setting
Experience with subprime and credit-challenged clients is a strong asset
Valid AMVIC license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and closing skills without high-pressure tactics
Results-driven with a strong focus on deal completion, funding accuracy, and customer satisfaction
High level of organization and attention to detail
Comfortable working with dealership CRM and finance systems
Proven ability to work professionally with a variety of personalities in both customer-facing and internal team environments
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
