Are you passionate about enhancing cybersecurity awareness and creating a culture of secure practices? At Mirai, we are looking for a Security Analyst specializing in Security Awareness Training (SAT) to drive impactful human risk management training and initiatives to reduce risk for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Security Awareness: leveraging a Security Awareness Training (SAT) Tool, including:
Onboarding: Lead clients through onboarding and use of our SAT tools, including personalized walkthroughs and strategic recommendations.
Utilization: Leverage security awareness training software to deliver programs that include computer-based training modules and simulated phishing
Optimization: Drive platform optimization by implementing new features and recommending enhancements for maximum impact.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their unique security needs, industry, and organizational culture, and provide tailored solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Risk Mitigation: Identify gaps in knowledge and behaviour and assign relevant topics and training to maximize risk reduction
Engage and Educate: Use creative, clear, and engaging communication methods to create educational materials (newsletters, social media content, infographics, etc.) that support and amplify training efforts and objectives
Behavioural Insights & Recommendations: Monitor and assess employee cybersecurity-related behaviours to provide actional insights and recommendations based on best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine the effectiveness of the training content. Adapt the delivery of the program based on feedback, emerging threats, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Agile Responsiveness: Undertake action items and any related duties necessary to ensure seamless, ongoing delivery and client satisfaction
You Will Have:

Proficiency in at least one Security Awareness Platform; KnowBe4 experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts in a way that resonates with non-technical audiences in a fun and engaging learning environment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with audiences from various disciplines, cultures, and backgrounds.
Capability to analyze training effectiveness, understand behavioural data and offer recommendations to improve cyber awareness and risk mitigation
Adaptability and comfort working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Continuous learning mindset for staying up to date with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and best practices in behaviour-driven security training
Customer-focused orientation coupled with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results on time
A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on creating solutions with a bias for action
Genuine enthusiasm to deliver training in new, exciting and engaging ways like leaderboards, contests, games, etc.
Proficiency with the M365 suite of products (Experience with PowerBI is an asset)
Experience with Consulting
Consulting is a skill that can be learned, so candidates without experience are still encouraged to apply if they possess pride in creating high-value deliverables, effective time management skills, strong attention to detail and active documentation and recordkeeping
Bonus:

Certification in Cybersecurity
Fluency in additional languages, such as French or Spanish, enhances your ability to support our international clientele effectively
