Lendmax Capital is expanding and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Investment Sales Advisor to raise capital from retail investors for mortgage-backed investment opportunities.

This is a performance-based, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone who understands how to build trust, educate clients, and convert conversations into funded investments.

If you have your Canadian Securities Course and want to grow in the private lending / alternative investment space — this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Capital Raising & Investor Sales

Source and onboard new investors (retail & HNW)
Present mortgage investment opportunities (MIC, private lending, syndicated deals)
Convert prospects into funded investments
Build Referral Networks

Develop relationships with:
Insurance Advisors
Accountants & Tax Consultants
Financial Planners
Mortgage Brokers & Realtors
Create consistent referral pipelines
Lead Generation & Marketing

Host webinars and investor education sessions
Build your brand on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Generate inbound investor leads through content and outreach
Manage Your Pipeline

Track leads and investor progress using CRM systems
Follow up consistently and move prospects through the funnel
Maintain detailed notes and next steps
Compliance & Suitability

Conduct KYC and investor suitability assessments
Ensure all investments align with regulatory requirements
Work within guidelines set by Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario and Canadian Securities Administrators
Requirements

Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) (Required)
2+ years experience in financial services, investments, or mortgage industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with sales targets and commission-based earnings
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven approach
Existing network of investors or referral partners (Strong Asset)
Compensation

Base Salary $60,000 (Based on Experience)
Quarterly Target Performance bonuses ($120,000)
