Position: Construction Supervisor/Manager
Company: Little Rock Builders
Location: Jasper / Grande Prairie, AB
Salary: $95,000- $120,000 annually + performance-based bonuses (Pending Experience)

With projects across Alberta, including a strong focus in Jasper, we’re expanding and looking for a motivated leader to join our team.

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor/Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing crews and subcontractors, coordinating materials and timelines, maintaining quality control, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, schedule, and manage trades and staff across multiple job sites
Purchase and order construction materials as needed
Ensure consistent quality control and safety practices on all sites
Maintain and manage project timelines and budgets
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the Little Rock team
Travel between Jasper and other project locations when necessary
Requirements:

Proven experience in residential construction, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable with travel between job sites (mainly Jasper and Grande Prairie)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be willing to work in Jasper as a primary location
