As a Dishwasher at Jasper Brewing Company, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization. You will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while helping maintain a safe and organized workspace. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are ready for use during food preparation and service. You will also learn how to portion and learn the basics on how to prep certain items on the menu. This is a great way to get started in a commercial kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to established hygiene and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, ensuring that all equipment is stored properly and is in good working condition.
Assist the prep team in portioning or prepping any given menu items
Ensure kitchen tools, dishes, and utensils are sanitized properly to maintain health and safety standards.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, counters, and storage areas.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to your Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications & Skills:

No prior experience required. We will provide the training you need.
Ability to work efficiently, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
