Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk at a busy dental office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records.
Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and communicate with patients and staff.
Proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate with dental staff to streamline patient flow and enhance service delivery.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, communication, and documentation purposes.
Assist in training new front desk clerks on procedures and best practices.
Requirements

Previous experience in a front desk or clerical role is preferred, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Familiarity with computer systems and office software, particularly Google Suite applications.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all communications are clear and error-free.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Experience with phone systems is essential for managing patient communications efficiently.
