Position Title: Sales Representative
Location: Edmonton or Jasper AB
Job Type: Full Time Permanent

Position Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the West Edmonton, Jasper area. Reporting to the Sales Manager or designate, this role involves managing customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process daily orders for key customers using internal software, ensuring accurate production, warehouse picking, and delivery.
Proactively communicate upcoming promotional items to customers, tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, addressing any special requirements.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals as set by sales and branch management.
Drive sales growth through upselling and exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to optimize operations and address product availability issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and effective communication.
Provide sales support to other team members as needed.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Excellent numerical and data analysis skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of the protein category is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft applications is required.
