Full job description
The Raven Bistro is an established restaurant serving a wide variety of meals from vegan options to game meats and have recently been named one of OpenTables top 100 restaurants in Canada. We are looking for a few additional individuals to join our kitchen team for our upcoming summer season, with a starting date of anytime between now and June, with hours available immediately if wanted. This can be either a seasonal position until end of October or a full time year round position. Minimum one year experience of line cooking, with experience processing game meats an asset. Job would consist of both prep and line service. Openings on both our day team (7:00am-3:00pm) and evening team (3:00pm-11:00pm) with flexible scheduling for days off and vacation time. Private rooms of accommodation available in beautiful staff accommodations for the right applicant. Highly competitive wages to be negotiated based on experience, while working in an established positive minded mature kitchen environment.
