Our busy Neapolitan Pizzeria is looking for Prep Cooks to help prepare meals as per our standard recipes. You will will be responsible for taking an ongoing inventory of ingredients to ensure nothing is running low, preparing all our standard recipes and ingredients and keeping a sanitary work environment. We are seeking individuals who have some experience in the food service industry and is committed to excellent food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the kitchen by sanitizing prep areas before and after use and making sure that all knives and critical equipment are clean
- Monitor dish ingredients and report inventory levels to the manager at regular intervals throughout the night/day
- Able to work through and complete full prep lists individually
- Able to prepare our full menu for guest on busy lunch services
