RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with invoicing, purchase order process and reporting
Various projects
There is opportunity to take on a secondary part-time role if desired
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Extensive cash handling and some accounting experience
Strong analytical, organization, problem solving, and time management skills
Proven leadership skills, maturity, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Excel, MS Word and Outlook; experience using RTP, or other computer ticketing systems is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
