Job Summary:
This position provides front-line reception and general office support to the Addiction and Mental Health program.  Duties include:  retrieving, sorting and filing documents, distributing mail, faxing or photocopying on behalf of others, prepare client files, and typing documents and forms.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or recognized equivalent is required. Must have at least six months of related experience in a hospital setting or medical receptionist experience.  Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Office is required.
