Job Title: Building maintenance worker (Maintenance Job is in Hotel)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: To be negotiated, Bonus
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Hotel, Resort
Specific Maintenance Activities: Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems, Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision
Equipment Operated/Used: Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning equipment, Upholstery cleaning equipment
Security and Safety: Criminal record check (abstract)
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
Work Location Information: Rural community, Various locations
Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Working with others, Problem solving
