Skill Requirements:
Education: Not applicable, Not required
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Superhost Certificate, Serving It Right Certificate
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Squirel, Micros
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Setting: Restaurant, Hotel, Formal dining room
Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Describe and advise on wine selection
Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Balance cash and record sales, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Set tables
Work Location Information: Willing to relocate
Security and Safety: Bondable
Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others, Computer use
